Psychotherapy Treatments
We accept both in-person initial assessment/treatment in the clinic setting and virtual initial assessment/treatment in the video setting.
Psychotherapy Initial Assessment (60 minutes)
- The psychotherapy initial assessment is an opportunity to gain a more comprehensive understanding of who you are and what brings you to therapy, to help provide you with the best care possible.
- To get started with psychotherapy, please first book a psychotherapy initial assessment. Before your appointment, your therapist will have a chance to meet with your therapist over the phone to determine if it is the right fit. Your therapist can get a sense of what brought you to therapy and assess whether it is appropriate to begin psychotherapy or if a referral is necessary.
- If you and the therapist both decide to begin psychotherapy, Your therapist will send you several forms to complete prior to attending this appointment.
- After the initial assessment, you are invited to book your follow up appointments as discussed with your therapist.
- This service is available to individual adults 18 years and up.
Psychotherapy Follow Up (60 minutes)
- Before booking a follow up, please ensure that you have already met your therapist for a psychotherapy initial assessment.
- The psychotherapy follow up is for those ready to do in-depth work to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, stress, loneliness, and more.
- Psychotherapy can help you to re-gain balance, achieve a sense of calm, and build self-compassion. We can work together, using breath work, imagery, mindfulness, meditation, psycho-education, expressive arts, or simply holding space for you to express yourself with gentle support.
- This service is available to individual adults 18 years and up.
