Continued Safety Protocols
- Masks: Even though our staff has been vaccinated and often find many clients are also vaccinated we still request that you wear a mask while inside the clinic areas.
- Disinfection: We continue to follow disinfection procedures as we did at the beginning of COVID, and try our best to maintain a safe and sanitary clinic.
- COVID pre-screening forms are still required to be signed prior to your appointment time.
- At present, we are able to provide the water machine for your convenience, but we encourage you to bring your own bottle to fill/refill. We will not offer cups until COVID-19 restrictions are fully lifted. It will be located in the reception area.
- A COVID-19 pre-screening form will be still sent to you along with your appointment reminder one day prior to your appointment because this form is mandatory for each treatment session. Please read through each question and sign it before arriving at your appointment. Our receptionist will call one day ahead or before your treatment time if we see that you have not completed the form.
