Renovation Starting on November 4, 2024
Happy Fall!!!
As the weather changes and we shift towards the last few months of the year, we have some upcoming changes we would like to share with you.
We have been a part of the community serving our clients since 1999, and we have appreciated your continued loyalty and support of our local business over many years.
You might notice some changes around the Building ( 200 Elgin) recently, and some of you may know that the building is experiencing construction due to the plan of converting to full residential tenancy which would involve the second floor to the eleventh floor. This will influence our clinic as our treatment areas are currently located on the second floor.
With carefully considering the choices of either moving to a new location or staying in the community, we finally decided to keep our ground floor and convert the reception area to treatment rooms in order to minimize any disruption to our clients. Fortunately, we are able to sign a lease for the ground floor which is the same area of our reception area currently for our clients.
Starting November 4, 2024, the renovation of converting our ground floor to the treatment rooms will be on set, and it will take about a month to complete. During the construction time of our ground floor, all the services will be performed at the second floor ( suite 205 in 200 Elgin Street ) where is our orignal treatment area.
Guideline of Accessing to our Reception area between Nov 4 to Dec 6, 2024 :
Mondays to Fridays:
Please take the main entrance of the building at 200 Elgin Street. Take the elevator to the Second floor, and turn left following the signs.
Saturdays and Sundays:
Please still take the orignal entrance of our clinic at 167 Lisgar Street. Go to the lobby to take the elevator to the second floor and follow the sign to the reception area.There is nothing you need to do or change. Just show up as usual and come up to the 2nd floor our clinic area. We will guide you from there.
