We would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some updates to our clinic.
It's Time to Update Your File
We are migrating over to a new booking system and will be providing you with a digital receipt for your insurance claims. We kindly ask you to complete a new Health History Form. Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email right away with the request for your intake form. Please complete it before you show up for your appointment.
To keep us all healthy and continual running, we will be adhering to the following safety measures:
Clients are asked to arrive at the clinic 5 minutes early. These 5 minutes give enough time to change to a surgical mask and complete the payment before going into the treatment area. Please try to come to our clinic as close 5 minutes to your appointment time as possible to help us to manage the number of people in our reception area. Please be aware: the receptionist may send you to the lobby after checking you in if you show up too early than your appointment time. Don’t worry, we will keep you inside the building..
As you know, our treatment area is at second floor. Getting the payment done first will help us to create an one-way flow to prevent the contact with other clients.
Managing your shoes:
The bottom of the outdoor shoes is a big carrier for contacting the virus and less chance to clean. Please leave your outdoor shoes on the tray where is located at outside of our treatment area. If you are worrying your fancy shoes, we are offering a plastic bag for you to hold your shoes with you into the treatment room,but make sure to change your shoes outside the treatment door after you are done your treatment. Please leave the Crocs outside the door and your therapist is going to take care of its disinfection.
We request our clients wear the surgical mask all the time. Your RMT will guide you to wear the mask in an appropriate way. For both parties safety, please cover your nose and mouth throughout your treatment.

• You are able to book your treatment lengths with 30 mins, 45 mins, 60 mins, 75 mins, and 90 mins right now.
• Only Swedish and Prenatal Massage.
• 30 minutes between appointments to do cleaning and disinfections.
Please be aware that you may get phone calls to stagger your starting time in order to limit the number of people in the reception area.
Mandatory Form to be signed on your each treatment:
A COVID -19 pre-screening form will be coming to you along with your reminder email one day ahead of your appointment time, and this form is mandatory for your treatment on each session. You need to answer all the questions and sign it before you show up your appointment. Our receptionist will call you one day ahead or before your treatment time if we do not see the check mark on your schedule.
